Refund policy
ALL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of products, we do not give refunds, exchanges or credits for any reason. We do not accept returns.
If you have any questions or concern regarding your order please contact our customer service concierge by emailing at customerservices@facemecosmetics.com. We will follow up with you within 48 hours.
FACE ME BEAUTY SERVICES: No Show/ Late/ Cancellation Policy:
If in the event customer would like to cancel their appointment please contact artist directly within 24 hours of scheduled appointment to do so. Should customer request cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, customer may be subject to lost of their deposit.
Should customer arrive more than 15 minutes after scheduled appointment, additional $15 late fee may be applied to your services. Customer's appointment will be considered a "No Show" after 25 minutes late for scheduled appointment, in which scheduled appointment will be canceled and deposit (if applicable will be non-refundable). Appointments may not be rescheduled at this point nor will a credit be issued for future services.
